Truly, the flavor and quality is spectacular! You won’t be disappointed. And not only are strawberries a staple fruit but they are exceptional in antioxidants and Vitamin C. Is there anyone who doesn’t love strawberries or at least strawberry flavor? I have some excellent ideas on how you can use your FD Fruit to naturally flavor foods.
My favorite ways to use FD Strawberries are in smoothies, in trail mix, topped on yogurt or ice cream or any hot cereal, or just plain as a snack. Toss them in your pancake or waffle batter and add them to your muffins. I even love to blend them to a powder (just put them dry in a blender) and use them as a natural sweetener. Once you have strawberry powder you can mix it into yogurt, or applesauce, or oatmeal, or chia pudding or even milk. Skip the commercial sweeteners and processed ingredients and add your own natural fruit. By the way, you can do this with any of your favorite FD Fruits. I know, it’s a marvel :). They add such a wonderful tangy and sweet flavor to your foods.
