Drinking Water and Water Purification Kit

Description

The US Coast Guard recommends at least 8 oz. of drinking water per day in a short term emergency survival situation.  The Water Kit has 40 oz. of emergency drinking water (5 days) PLUS two ways to secure more water, a water straw and water purification tablets.  When used in combination, the straw and the water purification tablets kill both bacteria and viruses and give you clean and clear drinking water.

Remember, this is a WALK AWAY  short-term emergency situation.  If we are living off of our 5 Day Prep Packs (aka 72-hour kit), we are definitely in an emergency situation. You will want to store larger amounts of portable water if we need to evacuate and can DRIVE AWAY (5 gallons per person) and even more water for your STAY AT HOME storage (14 gallons per person).  As water will be one of our most important resources, you won’t want to be without this kit.
