For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

RETURN POLICY

This is our Return Policy:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30-days of the original ship date and will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge.
  • Refused Orders: Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be refunded in full less the shipping costs to and from the original shipping address.
  • Other Reasons: If within 30 days of your order, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to fix the problem and make it right. They can be emailed at info@PrepareMyLife.com.
  • Follow these steps to return an order: Before returning any items, email us at info@PrepareMyLife.com to get a Return Authorization Number. Every order that is returned to us or refused by the customer must have a Return Authorization Number to be accepted and processed.
  • For an item to be returned, it must be in the original packaging and in new condition so the product can be restocked. Items not in that condition cannot be returned.
  • After receiving the items, we will then either issue a refund via credit card, check, or store credit for the full amount less any applicable shipping charges or we will send a replacement item. It is that simple.
